A minute can change your entire lifetime
I like to listen to podcasts from significant people. People who have gone through a struggle and come out of it with something to show, even if it’s a loss.
Often, someone says something so insightful that it changes your perspective.
And a new perspective means a new life.
I was listening to a guy called Naval Ravikant (if you haven’t heard him you should), and he said something about work that rang a bell with me.
“Work is not linear. You don’t work 8 hours every day and have a regular, uniform outcome. You need to prepare, work, assess, and keep doing that over and over.”
That’s how I work. There’s no other way.
If you want to run a business successfully you will do a lot of preparation (learning) and assessing. You will need to assess what went wrong or right, and better prepare yourself for that situation next time.
The problem is most of us never think about this. We never do this as a strategy. We do it just because it seems like the thing to do.
When you become conscious of the reasons why you do things, you learn to make it a part of a bigger play, that’s when you create a strategy for life and success.

I have days when I feel I got nothing done, and hours when I feel I got the entire week’s worth done.
