The thing with social platforms is, they are always in flux. The violations of today are the norms of tomorrow.
Do you remember the time when everyone was upset that they couldn’t have links on the Instagram profile page? Then when Instagram allowed 1 link there was an entire range of products that let you make Gateway & profile pages that linked to the rest of your links.
Well, now Instagram will allow you to put 5 links on your profile.
So all those gateway pages are useless because you would not want to lose clicks by getting the audience first to the gateway page and then having a filtered set go to your other links.
