The latest trick from Google is SGE while browsing. It becomes a part of Google.com to augment your search with extra information and options available to you through search and it’s affecting everything.

Basically, Google will try to augment everything you search with some generative AI. You will have options about how you can interact.

I saw them for the first time used on Bing, but they are a good feature to replicate and Google has done that. Anytime you search, you get follow-up queries that you can click on.
I think this is a pretty strong use case for generative AI in search.

Okay, this is a bit controversial.
Google will show you a summary response for your search which will be compiled on the basis of the top content for that query.
Yes, Google will show you where it got the results from but if you are a typical user you are not going to stick around and visit that page. You’ll have got your answer and you’ll move on from there.
This is the worst application as far as content creators are concerned and this means that to ‘Google’ is no longer to ‘search’.
They won’t be finding you.

Google will never really go away even while your reader is on your site. It may continue showing related queries or related information while your viewer is on your webpage.
